Cannot create a bank and cheques journal from scratch

Bug description:
6.1 rc1
Go to Accounting, Configuration, Financial Accounting, Journals
Create a journal , Enter name, code and select bank and cheques in Type
Journal name and Code fiels trun red and there i no way to validate the code
even if default accounts are entered
