I have checked your issue with the 6.1 but I didn't face the same
problem. Would you please give related video what you did at your end
because at my end it's work fine.

Bug description:
I have found that the VAT check for Bulgaria is incorrect.
Specifically this applies for customers where VAT code starts with 2.
When I enter VAT "BG2015xxxxx" (I'm not disclosing the full VAT) the
application throws an error saying that it is invalid. However, when I
enter the same VAT in http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/, it
is considered to be valid.
