Hello, Would you please look in to lp:984009 because at there stefan posted a good suggestion which will solved this problem.
Currently stock journal created form data file that's why, If I installed more then one company with different chart of account only one stock journal in created. I again checked this scenario and this time I got a different error which is "Access Error: Journal is already deleted". Also in traslation time another issue will be raised because of this That's why I want to say that please consider stefan suggestion which will help to solve this all kind of problem. Also this need more improvement at code side that's why I am setting this as a "Wishlist".
