Found a workaround - not sure if it's relevant (but works for my needs): Defined default values for Analytic Journal, General Account and Product using GTK client. Now allows me to create entries using web, and pulls through correct values when creating invoice.

Select project from drop down, type in description, enter quantity and type of invoicing. When clicking "Save" I get a notification of: The following fields are invalid: - Analytic Journal - General Account - User These fields aren't available to be entered in. Expected behavior is to be able to save, or presented with the correct data fields to be filled in. This is on 6.1RC1 using Ubuntu Deb on Ubuntu Server 11.10 x64, via the web interface.
