Bug description:
Context: Windows 7, OpenERP 6.1 web client, OpenOffice 3.3,
installation of "base_report_designer"
When the extension is installed in OpenOffice Writer, it is impossible
to reach any sections in the extension (e.g. server connection). It is
also impossible to uninstall the extension, etc.
