I have found problem! For work OpenERPServerService.exe need "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)", which is missing in XP. If you want that service work, download "Microsoft Package": http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29
And install it before installing openerp.
