It needs to do major changes for stable versions, so we won't be able to fix it
in stable.
IMHO this should be fix in trunk.

sale_margin and sale_layout are not compatible

Bug description:
1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
- Install sale_margin
- Edit a Sale Order Line. You can see a Cost Price field
- Install sale_layout
2) The result you observed
If you edit a Sale Order Line, you cannot see or modify the Cost Price
provided by sale_margin
3) The result you expected
The field Cost Price would stay. The problem occurs because
sale_layout override a large part of the view sale.view_order_form and
sale_margin use an overrided part of this view to work.

OpenERP - GTK Client - v6.0.2 (Windows)
OpenERP Server Linux
5) The OpenERP version you are using (e.g. 5.0.15, 6.0-dev)
