Creating a new menu, with recording active, doesn't save the action.

Bug description:
In both clients.
(version 5.0.10)
1. Install a minimal profile database.
2. Install record module.
3. Start recording.
4. Create a menu with action ir.actions.act_window to open Partners
Addresses, for example.
5. Save recorder module.
6. Create a new database, import and install the module.
The menu doesn't have action :(
