Concerning issue#1: I think that the picklist to select move could be improve with the origin (to have SO number) and possibly with the serial number, Because when we select the move (stock > customer), the partner and delivery address fields are automatically entered. Select a move : If you try by the pick list you do not have enough details to select a move directly in this list, So open the search view, enter your conditions Click on the line to select the move and get it in the repair orders form. But when you click on the line you have access to the fields but you can not select it. Please find attached screen shots.
