Bug description:
in account_voucher/voucher_payment_receipt_view.xml
all buttons are always inivisible, because line_type is always true if a
partner is selected (at least here)
invisible="context.get('line_type', False)"
after removing this statement the buttons are visible and working
I do not see any situation where the reconciliation form is called to
reconcile and buttons should be hidden.
may be I miss something.
