openerp 6.1.1 Problem view#566 sale order when editing field

Bug description:
Hi,
when I try to add new field in the view#566 sale order, a strange view
appear in the view 'ligne order' : the field 'ref order' appear and
other informations disapears.
the problem is not reversible that mean even if I delete the field or
the group I added before, the probleme persist.
only if I update the module "sale" i get the original view !!
I work with openerp 6.1.1 - ubuntu 10.04
the module purchase work fine when i add field, the problem is with
module sale order.
Is that a bug or what.
any ideas please
