Hello Ken Chen,

First of all Mutufa is correct. We have used "Statements Reconciliation"
for adding a journal entries to reconcile with bank statement. At there
we can not create a new journal entry.

Now, "Statements Reconciliation" is totally removed from the trunk, So
this issue is only affecting to 6.1 as well as this is not a valid point
to create a new journal entry to "Statements Reconciliation".

So I am closing this issue.

Thanks for understanding!
