Title: Stock: shipping type should be hidden or readonly Status in OpenERP Addons (modules): Fix Committed Bug description: In 6.0 up to current trunk, the extended view has the field "shipping type" available for read/write in the "additional info" of receptions and deliveries. This should be hidden because the context makes it quite clear if this is a reception, delivery or internal move. If it's still displayed for a reason or another, it should at least be for read only, because changing it will have unexpected results such as not updating the average price on receptions.
