Bug description:
Since the code reorganization (lp:520006) the embedded PyChart is no
longer used.
Before the refactoring, "pychart" was a top level package.
Now it is a subpackage, available as "openerp.pychart".
The net effect is that the server needs the PyChart package as an external
dependency.
This is a good thing, even if it is an unplanned side effect of the
refactoring.
