[6.0] Wrong state and country in request for quotation report

Bug description:
This bugs affect only v 6.0 in v 6.1 address is displayed using
function display_address in RML
In Expected Delivery address the order.partner_address_id is used instead of
order.warehouse_id.partner_address_id
This gives a wrong country and state when warehouse address is not set.
Plus it doesn't take in account the destination address set in request for
quotation.
A patch is attached
