i have been fixed bug we are creating the Picking Reference manual y
creation creates always a IN picking.

Bug description:
To Reproduce
Warehouse/Product Moves/Deliver Product
Create new "Deliver Product" Line
Create a Picking - it is always of type "in" - which is confusing for
outgoing products
Why dow we need it
The Deliver Product is the only form where virtual stock location
destinations are allowed
I would consider all manual moves from and to stock locations of usage
usage|name
inventory | Inventory loss
inventory | Scrapped
procurement | Procurements
production | Production
as "internal"
but the Warehouse Management / Internal Moves does no allow these usages
