If you set the same secondary currency, it prevent the journal items to
not use another secondary currency. It's a feature, not a bug.

The solution to this error message is (thanks to https://launchpad.net
/~alexis-via):
- a constraint on account.account to prevent someone to enter a "Secondary
currency" which is the same as the company currency
- constraint on account.journal to prevent someone to enter a "Currency"
which is the same as the company currency
