Title:
Stock by Location shows double values

Bug description:
When I create a new location "Inwards Goods" and chain that location to "QC"
in the "Stock by Location" report I get double the amount of product in QC.
When the incomming location is "Stock" I do not get this error.
Please see attached image to explain this in detail.
#1 is stock by location before scheduler runs
#2 is after scheduler has run
#3 is after Purchase Order Is confirmed
#4 is after Process button has been pressed in Incomming Shipments
#5 Is an output of the report_stock_inventory view query and a state of the
stock moves for this product.
As you can see in #4, the stock and virtual is 9784 and the stock in Inwards
Goods is -4892 for both real and virtual.
These should be 4892 and 0 respectivly.
It seems that there are two moves Inward Goods -> QC on for the PO and one
for MIN/2014?
