I have checked this Issue with following revision on trunk and 6.1 also,
Trunk:
server (4488)
addons (7779)
web (3229),
But I did not face the problem. So would you please check it again and
notify us where you have faced the problem.

Delete the 'Service on Timesheet' product and update the modules: it's

Bug description:
* I install the 'Purchase' App.
* I create some products (3 products in my testing session)
* I delete the 'Service on Timesheet' product (id=1)
* I update all the modules (-u all)
-> the 'Service on Timesheet' product gets back (id=5).
Openerp version: 6.1
