timezone problem, caldav meeting time is different from webclient
meeting time

Bug description:
Observed on trunk as of 2012-04-21
The meeting time of events in a caldav connected client (thunderbird
lightning in this case) are off by 2 hours. I suspect this is a
timezone issue.
This problem occurs in a number of different places, see for example
bug #982881
