[Trunk/6.1] Calendar "All day" event displayed on 2 days

Bug description:
When checking "All day" in a calendar event, starting time is set to
01:00.
- Visually, the event is displayed on two days.
- If you set start time to 00:00, the initial day n is set to day n-1
