Bah relooked code, problem is more complex, missing default work fine, problem is openerp don't send readonly field to create method, so create consider a missing value. I have no time at to see it a on_change change a value of a readonly fields, this new value sended or not sender . dunnno .. anyway the problem is not missing default get, is the readonly not passed to create.
