In a db not _all. - Install sales - Install the belgian chart of account (accounting wizard 1) or any other chart of account - The installation wizard won't close properly at the end of the configuration (after clicking "Apply"); instead of what it will remain opened although the installation went fine. From that moment, if you click "Apply" one more time, you'll get a unique constraint error.
