Download report to edit in libreoffice

Bug description:
When i want to upload a new report from libreoffice to openerp it goes
without a problem but when i want to download that same report to edit
it i get the following error in libreoffice.
Report has not been downloaded
report c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp\file.sxw
Details: unsupported url
<File:///c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp\file.sxw>
I get the same error in ubuntu and macosx
I use in libreoffice the base_report_designer from 6.1 because i cant
download the new report designer.
