You have been subscribed to a public bug: Problem: contact information not appearing if you edit an existing customer and fill its contact information
Steps: 1. Go to Sales => Leads form view: 2. In the customer field, quick add a Customer (do not enter any contact information) 3. edit that customer, and add contact information (address...) and apply: the contact information is not propagated 3.
