[Trunk] bug on bank statement lines encoding

Bug description:
Hello,
test under runbot_2521
I see a menu bank statement lines in v7 now.
But if I try to encode a new line, I get the follwoing error :
Uncaught Error: AttributeError: object has no attribute 'journal_id'
