on_change_liter, on_change_price_per_liter and on_change_amount are
doing same thing, same can be achieve from any of mentioned methods.

fleet on_change events cause looping

Bug description:
In fuel logs in the fleet module there are 3 on_change methods which
basically do the same, calculate the triple liter/price per
liter/amount.
I had to disable two of the three on_change attributes in the view to
prevent the system from looping.
