[Human Resources] Leaves are confirmed automatically before creating
the document

Bug description:
1. Go to Human Resources => Leaves => Leave Requests
2. Create a leave (e.g. sick, any type will do though)
3. save it
4. check the openchatter => confirmation message appears before creation
message.
CHM confirmed me this is not a web problem, there is an issue in the
work flow which makes the confirmation come first.
