[Firefox] Leads form, state field is not displayed correctly

Bug description:
1. Go to Sales = > Leads
2. open or create a record
3. check the state field => big and not aligned with the field on the left

(note: this is also partly the case with chrome, but it's less
visible)/
Also, the field is too small for many states (only the first letters
appear (not a huge problem))
