[Accounting] Accounting => Bank and Cash => Bank Statements: possible
to select a date that doesn't correspond to the period but not
viceversa

Bug description:
1. Go to Accounting => Bank and Cash => Bank Statements
2. Create a new bank statement or open an existing one
3. in the Date / Period field, select a particular date => the period is
changed via onchange
4. Change to a period that doesn't correspond to the date and save => no
problem (but the reverse is false: you cannot select a date that doesn't
correspond to the period)
Not sure this qualifies as a bug.
