ir_attachment has no _logger defined

Bug description:
ir_attachment model has no _logger defined..
so insted of loggin an error we have a undefined logger exception to log :)
a litte:
import logging
_logger = logging.getLogger(__name__)
on top of ir_attachment.py file should filx it?
