[trunk/7.0][Sales/Crm] comma still visible even if contact name field
is blank

Bug description:
1. install crm and go to sales => leads
2. create a new lead, save it without putting anything in the contact name
fields
3. save => the comma is visible although no information has be put. It should
only be visible if the Title field is not blank.
