Public bug reported:

In OpenERP 7.0.

1) Install the module project_long_term.
2) Go to "Project / Project / Projects".
3) Create a new project named "Pr001" with the "Phases" checkbox selected.
4) Go to "Project / Project / Phases".
5) Create new phase named "Ph001" that is of project "Pr001". Save the new
Phase.
6) Edit the phase "Ph001" and go to the "Constraints" tab.
7) In the "Previous Phases" section, click "Add". I can select phase "Ph001"
that is the same phase I am editing. This does not make sense and that phase
should be filtered out.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
