saw your video, but that's not what I meant with the bug :-( In the form
view try to change the UOM AFTER you have saved the entry. In the
version mentioned above the duration is changed (not using the factor of
the UOM - first bug) and the UOM still stays hour and isn't changed to
day (second bug - maybe in the webclient)

  Wrong UOM Conversion in hr_timesheet_sheet

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  There are 2 Time UOM's defined in the system: Day as reference and hour as 
smaller as the reference (factor 8). Now when I enter Times in Treeview in 
Timesheetactivities e.g. 0:30 which means 0.5 hours and switch to list view it 
will be shown as 0.5 days! The Service Product in this case is defined with UOM 
day.
  So I think theirs something going wrong while using the conversion factor, 
because the result should be 0,0625 days.
