Change Fiscal position also provide the update wizard for tax update .
i.e Change currency

Bug description:
OpenERP v7.0
Changing fiscal position on draft documents (invoice , quotation ...) or
changing the partner that have a different fiscal position
should change tax calculation. If not automatically , it should be done at
list when user hit "update" button.
