Belgian tax report, services not reported correctly

Bug description:
Il y a une erreur de dans la plan de taxe. Les taxes sur les charges /
services (61***** du plan comptable) ne sont pas reportées en case 82
(services et biens divers), mais en case 81 (marchandises).
