[7.0], POS is taking company currency instead of pricelist currency

Bug description:
Go on a runbot db_all
1. Go on the only POS created (called Main usually)
2. Enter the shop defined on the POS (pay attention, you need to select
multiple shops inside the sales config)
3. Change the pricelist with a new currency (put USD if your company is in
EUR)
4. Reopen a new pos frontend session
5. The prices value are in the currency your defined (correct), but the
currency symbol remains the one of our company, not the one of your pricelist
(not correct).
