No means to leave developer mode

Bug description:
Summary: There's no button you can push to leave Developer mode.
Reproduce:
http://7-0-4446.runbot.openerp.com
Go to "About OpenERP"
Click "Activate the developer mode"
Go to "About OpenERP"
There is a button "Activate the developer mode"
but it should be "De-activate the developer mode"
or "Leave developer mode"
or "Activate user mode"
or "Currently in developer mode" (this button would have no effect. Just a
status reminder).
If you click on "Activate the developer mode" (while already in
developer mode) then nothing happens.
