I have checked this issue with trunk as well as 7.0 but i did not face problem
with
export integer value like yours and trunk has changes in code also I get value
" " ( blank ) instead of "0"
So would you please check this again with latest code and provide detailed
information regarding this
issue.

Bug description:
Exporting data using CSV or Excel format will currently export any
integer fields with the value'0' (zero) as blank. This should instead
export '0'. A field with the value False should still export as
blank.
