Using Version 7.0-20130305-002149 to make sure that this hasn't been fixed to date. Page size is A4 I have removed a number of lines from the header to attempt to get everything to layout properly but I'd have to cut it to the point of being useless to create any more space. To reproduce, Create a Sales Quote, add some stock items, save it then choose print. The generated PDF will have the body of the quote overlapping the header. This can be reproduced for every single report the corporate header appears on.
