Hello Luis,
Yes, you are right. The problem is, those all fields are under
base.group_extended. And "base.group_extended" no longer available.
We have replace it via "Technical Feature" group.
Better we can create one group for this field and put this group under
"Technical Feature" group.

Bug description:
If you install l10n_br module. The new fields, amount_mva,
base_reduction and tax_discount , are not displayed on Account>
Configuration > Taxes > Taxes.
