Mail dont come to person who send it in ver 7.0

Bug description:
When i try to send message to myself, i see message in ERP but mail
don`t come to my mail. If i send message to other person, it receive
message and mail.
Please fix to make possible get me mails also ( person who send it ),
checked on Gmail and personal domains.
