The attached error appear when try to add an existing field to the form. Actually the same error appear when also try to install a module I solve the problem at that time by using the comment from https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-server/+bug/1094983 by make a comment on the statment self._validate(cr, user, [id_new], context). Now the same error message appear when try to add the field age to the form of Employee. Any suggestions!!
