Wrong Employee Timesheet UOM, wrong invoicing

Bug description:
When the employee is compiling a timesheet (Human Resource / Time
Tracking / My Current Timesheet) he/she see day by day durations
formatted as time... so a full day will be 08:00 ok ?
But, if the employee is linked to a product where UOM is Day(s) than
the duration in timesheet must be 01:00 instead 08:00
This because when you will invoice the timesheet, duration UOM is
taken from product... than 08:00 in timesheet becomes 8 days and not 8
hour neither 1 day
May be entering hours in timesheet is fine but UOM conversion should
be done when cost/price will be calculated... (this involve day work
time too)
