v7, planning new phone already assigned to a lead/opportunity loses
the link

Bug description:
How to reproduce the problem:
1) create an opportunity in crm
2) create a phonecall and assign it the opportunity (or lead) just created
3) from the phonecall form, schedule a new call
The lead/opportunity field in the new call will not be retained ,
field will be empty.
