Different tax selections in PO created by BOM

Bug description:
Differing Tax selection in purchase orders of ERP than those specified
in the product.
When a product is sold to a customer in ERP, it manufactures that
product from its Bill of Materials, which in turn orders all the
necessary individual products needed to assemble it.
All Products have been set to the same tax level when purchased, though when
they are ordered some are being taxed and some are not.
The ones that are are correctly being charged 19% VSt., whereas the ones that
aren't are categorized as 19% innergewerbm. Vst. This occurs although the tax
settings are the same in the product data and the products come form the same
supplier. No pattern has been recognized.
Additional Information All Products, Suppliers and Customers haven
been added to the database correctly.
Bill of Materials have been established and produce working manufacturing
orders.
