I have the same problem, when I download the attachment indicates that this corrupt. I used as Aeroo Reports reporting engine.

In Advanced Tab i put in optional report to print and attach "Receipt Slip". Then i clic on ADD Context Action so i can find the new mail action under Warehouse--Incoming Shipments-- More... When i send the mail all is ok. But when i receive the mail on mail client is impossible to open the attached file. When i check the file attached on the email on openerp and download the file i cant' open it. It seems like something on the code of PDF is wrong.
