Hi, Yannick and Amit, thank you both for your quick review of the bug. I'm going to check what is the difference between my installation and your local one that prevents to show the wizard. For now, I'm seeing two differences that maybe are the reason: the browser and the interface language. I'll check also revisions used.

If you select "Spanish Charts of Accounts (PGCE 2008)" on "Accounting package" and click on "Continue", it is expected to show the following wizard called "Set Your Accounting Options", where you can select one of the three possible charts of accounts. But instead you return to the interface and nothing has been installed (account, taxes and so on). You have to enable "Technical Features" on the user, go to Settings > Technical > Configuration wizards > Configuration wizards, set as "Todo" the "Set Your Accounting Options" line and run it, obtaining the desired wizard.
