  Issue with Incoming Email in Openerp

Bug description:
  I have setup my openerp on live server it is working fine. Also
  configured Mail account for the same. Created alias also. For Example
  I have created alias named "abcd.com". When I create user with is
  original email id like [email protected] it will create alias for xyz user
  as [email protected]. When this user send mail to internal user of open erp
  it work fine for sending a mail and receiving mail. But when xyz user
  send mail to third party like "[email protected]" he will receive mail.
  But when he reply to the same mail openerp user xyz cannot get email
  in inbox or any where in openerp. If any one there who can solve my
  problem contact me here. As early as possible.
