This was removed for simplification reason of views when doing 6.1 -> 7. We
prefer to avoid unnecessary buttons.
We have judged this feature was not so useful for standard. Usually when you
want to create a new task from a problem reported in an issue, there will be
little in common (change title, description, partner if internal,...).
On the issue form, you have a field "Task" from which you can create a related
task (with default value to set to same project).
So except if you give me a valid reason to put it back, I will set it as won't
fix and reject the merge proposal.
Also I have noticed the code to convert is still in openerp but never called so
I will remove it in trunk.
